SES Water is the UK water supply company to its designated area of east Surrey, West Sussex, west Kent and south London serving in excess of 282,000 homes and businesses and a population of approximately 675,000 people.An area of 322sqmi, extending from Morden and South Croydon in the north to Gatwick Airport in the south, and from Cobham and Dorking in the west to Edenbridge and Bough Beech in the east forms the company's supply area.Corporate StatusSES Water is a public limited company registered in England and Wales with company number 2447875, that is not Stock Exchange Listed, and is East Surrey Water plc renamed following a 1996 merger..In 2013, the Japanese trading company Sumitomo Corp. acquired Summit Water UK Ltd, the holding company of Sutton and East Surrey Water Plc for £164.5m. Later in the year Sumitomo sold half of the holding in Summit Water to Osaka Gas Co., with the joint venture being renamed as Sumisho Osaka Gas Water UK Ltd.

Contracted Clancy Docwra to lay a new water main in my lane, went through the sewer and in the process of repairing the sewer dug through a land drain and left with a big hole in the side which has now eroded to cause a large dangerous hole in the road surface. To make matters worse have never had the courtesy to respond to my complaint which I have now taken to the Consumer Council for Water. A complete disgrace now putting vehicles and pedestrians in danger with no apparent care.

try ringing them. the most frustrating time you could spend. 6 options and none of them relating to service issues. Then music then ring tone then music then ring tone etc etc. Gave up after 10 or so minutes.

1 out of 5 for customer service i'm afraid. Just spoken to an extremely cheeky woman who was more interested in trying to school me on the 2 times table than actually listening to me / answering the question I had. Regretfully, I did not get her name as I was so mad with her attitude I hung up as soon as I eventually did get the answer I needed. Be the last time I call them - will deal with them in writing in future.
