Poor customer service and expensive! Went to print a few copies and price was the ridiculous amount of £1.25 each page. Mailboxes etc is just a few minutes away, has excellent service and the price is a lot fair. Also has a minimum spend on card - when I said I didn't have the cash to pay they said I could buy something to make up for the difference. This really annoyed me, as I was just for copies not supplies. Avoid if just going to print!
I wasn't allowed to buy the items I wanted which totalled £4.98 on my debit card without paying the 2p extra to make it to £5. As it's a company policy which could be relaxed I took issue with this - I told them I was intending to return to the store for other supplies in the near future but it seems they were not interested in my future custom - just their extra 2p - they also told me they had been working for a long time and didn't need a lesson in how to do business. I was sad at this attitude because I do like to support independent shops over the bigger chains/online stores and I realise 2p is a petty amount to squabble over but I wasn't willing to give them my money after their response.
Absolutely loads of supplies, scanning & printing services, reasonably priced, friendly staff. If you need or love stationary shops, these guys are great.
Appalling customer service that bordered on hostile when I tried to get a refund for an unused notepad - they refused to refund the item because it was out of its shrink-wrapped packaging. Won't be using again
Service in this shop is awful, real attitude form the workers, will never go here again, Cowling and Wilcox to 2 minutes further down the road and has a lot more stationery at a better price, plus they don't have a minimum spend on card
Expensive being in such a central location but have a great deal of useful stationary. Good service too
Expensive and very unhelpful, unless they smell money.
