Not the best company i must say. I feel sorry for the lady who you phone to say yet again the lorry did not turn up ! We often go 4 weeks with out our bins being done, this never used to happen . always the recycling lorry who won't drive down our road if there are to many cars down it , must be a bit of a princess and job worth. They are a bloody joke !!! PS I don't even want to give them a star ! But I have too 😲

Serco's refuse collection service is a complete joke. They've missed more collections than I can count and when they do finally show up, leave a mess behind all over the street. The final insult is they haven't shown up for the post Christmas collection which fell on a Saturday, specified on their own flyer distributed to homes across the city. This is what privatisation delivers folks. Dreadful service and zero accountability.

A lady dropped purple sacks off to us on her way home to save us a trip across town, unfortunately we weren't able to take her name as the phone lost signal, but we wanted to say how thankful we are for such kind service.
