Great staff very clean site good facilities, quality mobile chip van two nights aweek worth every penny. Pitches have little slope but ok can be very windy. Not much to do if your walking but Great if you've a car close yo Sandsend, Penzance, Mousehole and Sennen Cove. Restrooms: Very clean great showers not on silly timers. Dog-friendliness: Nice dog walks plenty of bins.
Fantastic camp site Camping and Caravan Club Staff were great always helpful and busy bees keeping the Site immaculate. The Dog Walk was above and beyond. Great Walk out to the beach via public paths although a good level of fitness required for the steps back up... Excellent bus service 5 minutes walk away. A great week, we will be back. Dog-friendliness: Although pooches must stay on the lead in the camp, there are great walks and a superbly kept dog walk area's
Lovely place to stay, quiet, no shops or pubs local, nearest pub about a mile or soSennan. Big sky, especially at night, tends to be a bit blustery, but you can see the weather coming in. Its on the circular bus route so you don't need to use the car. Very dog friendly, with a good walking area. Showers are awesome. And the staff are lovely and helpful.
Lovely site and friendly staff. Showers are a bit dated but all the amenities are kept very clean and tidy. The site is dog friendly with a dedicated dog walking area and a small children's play area. Also eggs from the small holding next door are fab.
Great location for Lands End, coastal walks, beaches and surf. Well laid out site with all the bells and whistles. Great staff very helpful. The site recommended walk for the coastal path & Lands End could do with some discrete signage as following the instructions was not as clear as they could be. But we had a fantastic day day walking the coastal path to Lands End and getting the bus back. Advisory note the path is differently not for those unsteady on their feet as very rocky and steep.
Wonderful site with a short walk to a fantastic beach and the south west coastal trail. A peaceful tent pitch field separated from the main campsite by a Cornish hedge and good facilities. The circular open top bus runs past the campsite going to St Ives, Lands End and Penzance.
Lovely club campsite near to Sennen Cove. We were running late because of the road works on A30 so left a message with a new ETA. We were met at the site with a smile - in the horrible drizzly rain. It was forecast to be windy so we went with the suggestion and pitched in the side field so we could go against the hedge. Wish I had taken my wellies! In June! The grass is well maintained but I still got wet feet. Toilets clean and there were 2 private wash rooms. No electric points though got used to having them abroad but there was a hair dryer. We walked down to Sennen Cove. It's about 2 miles and not straightforward.
Beautiful site in great location. The staff at the site were brilliant. We had a great stay - thanks. Recommend. Be aware that the turning into the site is quite tight.
Excellent staff at the site who are most welcoming,caring and understanding when situations beyond your control happen. Looking forward to returning at some stage.
Loved this site,wardens were so cheerful and helpful lovely reception . Lovely views, short walk to beach although quite steep for the older person you can also walk along the coastal path to Sennen cove from there ,beautiful walk about 15 minutes we have e bikes great location for St Just , Sennan and Sennen beach . Motorhome couple in 50's with dog .
