Story

Welcome to Senacre Cycles!

Established in 1976, we have delivered the highest standards in road bikes, mountain bikes and accessories for over 30 years in Maidstone, Kent. A GIANT and LIV stockist, we provide the very best bike fitting service for leisure riders, serious racers and competitive off-roaders.
Our large retail store and friendly staff have a reputation for offering the latest technical knowledge and equipment on the market alongside genuine and personalised customer service; we love the work we do and it shows. That focus and approach has kept us in business all this time and allowed us to build up a really detailed knowledge of all the best manufacturers, parts and accessories, alongside an extensive distributor’s list.

Great after sales service. I had 2 old bikes, which had sat unused for many years, serviced back in Feb. I was told I could bring them straight in and they turned them around in under a week. However, a few weeks later, the rear brake on one of the bikes completely failed. I called them and explained what had happened and they took it in that same day. They bled the brakes again and swapped the pads out and I had it back in 2 days. Due to the fact I had recently had the brakes serviced they did not charge me for parts etc. So, although initially I was disappointed that this issue had arisen so soon after the service, the fact they dealt with it so well completely turned the situation around. I will definitely be using Senacre Cycles again and would happily recommend them to anybody looking for a good bike shop.
First time I've used Senacre Cycles since change of ownership. Needed to fit a new shifter as my old one had stopped working. Although not cheap to do, the end result was fantastic. The new cables fitted as part of the work really are great. The shifting is smooth and spot on. It's now working better than when new! Thanks for sorting!
Senacre Cycles Brilliant local independent cycle shop that really care about their customers. Always willing to listen and advise on the best solution thats best for you doesn’t matter if its a small or large project they will help and find the best Solution you can even have a free coffee over your chat or waiting for your pride and joy. Fixed my broken spoke in only a couple of hours despite me not having a booking. They were very helpful and at a very reasonable price
Brilliant local bicycle shop that really care about their products and customers. They didn’t try selling us the most expensive or bikes that we didn’t want only what we needed. The bikes are a little more expensive than larger shops but they wouldn’t give you the personal service and the bikes are better.
Just returned from my first bike ride on my newly serviced specialised Ruby. I would like to thankyou guys for doing such a fantastic job on it. I have now bern able to rekindle my love of cycling again. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
Sometimes, one's plan for the day goes beautifully smoothly. Today, having discovered that my bike needed repair and with ten days of holiday in which to put it to good use, but with two shops I tried being either closed or had moved, I was very lucky to find SENACRE CYCLES. I arrived early, before opening, on a Saturday, but was welcomed in and assured he could complete by the end of the morning. Sure enough by midday, there it was, properly serviced and with a very reasonable charge to pay. I went home and tried it out. Brilliant. I can very strongly recommend the shop and the owner.
My wife’s Raleigh Motus bike needed an urgent and significant repair. They went out of their way to help, got the parts delivered rapidly and completed the repair in fast time and at a very reasonable price . You can’t ask for more than that!
I recently took my mountain bike into Senacre Cycles for some new frame bearings to be fitted, a dropper seat post bleed and a few other small jobs. Todd was very helpful and did a great job on the bike. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again guys.
Best bike shop around, care about their customers, great prices and great customer service i currently have a bike in there i went to halfords first but they just said "bikes too old cant fix it buy a new one" so i went here and no fuss gave me a price and are fixing it now Will edit once bike is done
