They couldn’t fit me out with the frame size or colour combination I desired but did get me the brand new 2024 model in the right frame and still a stunning colour combination. Accessories were no problem, product knowledge and experience with them had me fitted out in no time. Nothing was too much, they even shipped in a model just for me to compare my choice. I hope it will as easy when I go back for clothing.

Just bought a bike from here a few days ago for my son. From the start I entered the store I got a friendly welcome from staff. The young lad there offered excellent advice with no pressure to buy. Ended up buying a bike on that day that was ready in only a few hours. Great price and threw in a few extras for free. Had a slight issue with a tyre not holding airgone tubeless Sorted out today by Adam at no cost. Excellent service and thoroughly recommend a visit. Keep up the good work.

The staff are very helpful and very professional in there roles. Nothing was too much trouble. They made sure that I fully understood how my new electric bike worked and explained everything.
Had such a nice experience at the bike shop today. Called the guys and requested for help took my kids bycicles, 2 of them. Had some minor issues and the guys at this showroom got it fixed so quickly with a smile and was so reasonable as well. Appreciate your help Adam.

I took 3 bikes in to be repaired as unfortunately had to move and that meant they got left outside as nowhere to store, took them down as now moved again and the guys done a super job on the same day to fix and repair all 3 at a reasonable price. Really great service
Matched the online price for an Orbea electric mountain bike. Also performed a service on my Orbea road bike. Very good service, good prices and friendly, knowledgable staff.
