My brother, husband and I would like to thank you and your staff for the professional service and wonderful care and attention given to us whilst arranging our mother's funeral. We must especially thank Sue who guided us through all the decisions we needed to make with such calm and patient efficiency. Her friendly but professional manner made a difficult and sad time so much easier for us. Thank you, Gary, for ensuring that everything ran so smoothly on the day of the funeral itself. It was comforting to know that everything was taken care of so well and we were able to give our mother the final tribute she deserved. The floral arrangements were absolutely perfect. One more thing, Sue asked us if we would like to us to use cars that were slightly lighter in colour. We were so pleased we agreed. The colour was extremely tasteful and seemed more fitting for our mother than the usual "severe" black. Once again, thank you all. Mrs. A. T.
