my dad was admitted to royal park wolverhampton.. he was in my opinion abused after i tried to make a complaint they denied my dad any visitors .the managers tell lies on reports ,claim for equipment that they havent supplied .they even stole many of my dads clothes and items. i have never known such disgraceful behaviour from human beings who are in a position of responsibility, my family is not the 1st to have this treatment from gaynor and her little click . i have proof in photo,email and recordings form and medication changes. if a dog had been kept in the conditions the dog would have been removed . my dad is now in a new home and his ,mentally and physically he is doing amazing. but i will continue to bring this case out into the open in the hope that no other family have to go through what we have i dad was a hardworking man all his life and it breaks my heart knowing that this has happened, no family should have to be put through what we have. royal park looks all nice and shiny but that is all ugly place underneath,
I worked at Jubilee Court in Coseley for a time and I have to say how much I enjoyed the time I had there. I was made to feel welcome by everyone from the minute I walked through the door by everyone from management through to staff and residents. I was able to feel at ease from the very first day I started the job and I was sad when it came to leaving as I knew how much I was going to miss everyone. I have to say that I feel fortunate to have worked at a place that displays a togetherness that the staff and management have there. The staff do a great job and the togetherness is something that the manager Carol, is very passionate about and insists on togetherness and places a great emphasis on teamwork. I feel that the Jubilee family of staff and residents are fortunate to have someone like Carol at the helm as she is driven and dedicated in her efforts to provide a happy working place and the highest level of care for the residents at Jubilee. For this, amongst other reasons, I have nothing but respect for the job Carol and her management team, along with the staff, do in making Jubilee Court what it is today. I have nothing but fond memories of my time there and I will cherish those memories.
I have worked for select for just over 3yrs now. I work at a little home in Eccleshall part of select HeathCare. It’s my first job in care and I can honestly say it’s the best job that I’ve ever had. All the service users are absolutely lovely to care for and I have a great bunch of co-workers along side me aswell. We all pull together,work as a great team and support each other. 12mths ago we had a new manager take over and I can’t state enough how amazing she is.! She has completely turned the home around for the better..!! All service users and staff are more than happy and throughly love our jobs..!! Such a rewarding job to have and I’m so thankful that I was given the opportunity to work in this sector.!
I have worked for select little ingestre for 6 years now and travel 40 minutes one way to get there and to be honest I would travel 2hrs if I had too. I love my job Donna my manager is fantastic and she is always here for both staff and resident. The home itself is very well managed and we continue to thrive at delivering the best care to what I believe to be high standard. During the last year we have had our struggles due to covid but we are a team and have come out the otherside I as a member of select health are proud to work for this company and the clients are always happy and I look forward to going to work.
I have worked at care home in Eccleshall part of select health care for 5 years now. A year ago we had a new manager and since then the home has been a lovely place to work. All staff are happy and the residents are very happy.
I have worked for select now for just over 4 years .Just over a year ago we had a new manager .The home is a fantastic place to work for now .The new manager is there for her staff and service users 24 hours a day .It's such a happy place to work . The service users are so happy living here . I would recommend this home 100%
