Been with this surgery for 12 years and whenever I have called with an issue the admin team have always gone above and beyond to help me. They have on occasion spent 2 hours helping me but always make sure my issue is resolved.
I never normally have a good experience here. However since the guy on reception started I have had a much better experience as he always goes above and beyond, is very polite, and considerate to me with my health issues and strict work.nI have also seen Dr Fatlawi a few times and I find that she is very attentive and tries her best to be helpful and act fast. I have had very complex problems since a motorcycle accident in 2021 and I finally feel like I'm being taken seriously, and I am starting to feel less anxious about calling up or going here.
the worlds worst doctors, all i asked was for a work from home note and i’ve been blagged for two days in a row by the receptionist as to why i haven’t received it.
Spoke to a lovely lady she said her name was Meera on Friday about a letter I needed for a private referral. Very gentle and compassionate and she sorted out my issue and even called me back.
Earlier this year my 2 year old daughter had breathing problems, centre saw her, clearly couldn't breathe, told to come back in 2 hours, end up taking her to Emergency children's ward.nnPreviously, Missed my appointment by 5 mins to assess my asthma - travelling in heavy traffic, told the doctor left for day. Same week had an asthma attack and had to call a&e.nnFinally was assesed and then told to take down my 1 star review by Dr sandu. Which i was reluctant to be but did.
