Understanding and professional. Dawn treated me as a person and not a number . In a crumbling NHS , lacking in funds this in my experience is rare . She kept me up dated on the progress of my treatment . Dawn is a real credit to the practice .
This is a lovely practice, I have had negative experiences with other practices but I feel that this one really cares about patients and the communication is good. The team are all friendly and helpful
It was my first time going today since registering yesterday and I can honestly say from start to finish they were amazing. I got a same day face to face, reception staff were friendly and professional, I was seen on time and the doctor couldn't have been any more helpful. I can't recommend them enough.
The level of service I receive from this medical practise is 1st Class .The medical staff are always helpful and caring and so too are all of the support staff.
Always seen quickly and feel understood. Great service as always.
