Following referral due to chronic pain, no reasonable seating was provided despite giving ample prior notice of need for reasonable adjustments. The health practitioner was more focused on bureaucratic processes than on building a rapport of trust and confidence. On raising this all future sessions were then cancelled by phone unexpectedly by them without any further support being put agreed, it was clear they're not used to being challenged.
