The staffs were very friendly! FOODS, the seafood mixed share plate was FANTASTIC!! Also the oysters, i love it!! strongly recommend to visit!!
Been here 4 times and great food every time. Lovely batter, the best grilled mussels I've ever had! Seabass cooked to perfection, trio of prawns delicious. Welcoming and very nice staff. Nice to sit outside in the summer but we've always sat inside! A Camden's market hidden gem!
Nice fish and friendly environment. Price is not bad for the location and good range of daily specials . If you don't look your fish just cooked, with a bit of red closed to the bone then you should tell them. Personally not have problem with that. Overall quite happy with the food, our grill lemon sole was nicely done and the portions is good.
If someone asks me where you can find good fish and chips in London, I finally have a place I can recommend. The fish and chips at Seawise were excellent - perfectly cooked and exactly the right portion size for my appetite. The price was fair too - reasonable value for money in my view. Good job Seawise!
Dined at Seawise a couple of weeks ago with family and absolutely loved it. The newly refurbished restaurant looks amazing, loved the decor, very cozy, and is situated in the middle of the bustling Camden Lock market. There's is something to be said about the delicious smelling mouthwatering seafood dishes served at Seawise, great service - recommend to anyone, visitors and locals if you love seafood give Seawise a try - I will certainly visit again. Thumbs up to the chef James and everyone who works at Seawise.
Nice little restaurant nested in the heart of Camden Stables market. The waitress, who I sadly didn't get her name, with red hair and half Italian and English was lovely and looked after us. I had one of the best, if not the best, oysters! From Mersea island in Essex. The bang bang prawns and calamari were also delicious. Had the prawns and scallops skewers as a main which were huge and perfectly cooked. I will definitely return to this great and friendly place!
This "restaurant" is a joke... The service was horrible, dirty cuttlery lying on the table and on the floor. We ordered 2 portions of Trio of Prawns and Traditional Fish and Chips. They "didn't hear" us ordering 2 although we were 3 people and we repeated it twice. So one had to wait additional 20min to get the food. And the trio arrived with no chips or salad as it says on the menu. We had to ask for it! It arrived 15min after the main course! Also the "traditional" fish and chips does not come with mushy peas or tartara sauce. They cost £3 extra each! And we were only made aware of this once the food had already arrived. Honestly, London offers so many better and nicer places to have Fish and Chips I do not recommend you to waste your money here. I will not be coming back.
Best fish and chips in Camden. Friendly service inside avoid the separate takeaway counter outside, nice decor and great food. The sides are massively overpriced so skip those but the traditional fish and chips are a bargain and the specials menu is worth the extra.
Outstanding quality fish & chips offering. Large portions, you won’t be hungry afterwards. Very friendly staff, option to sit inside or outside or have take away. Fair prices, absolutely a must do if in Camden Market
After a busy day of searching for cool and funky xmas presents in Camden Market, as a guy I'm not the best when presented with a choice at the best of times. I wanted to take a break, get some nice homely food and relax for a while. That's I saw the big grenadier guard and got the enticing aroma of fish and chips. I thought I was going to have to choose between noodles, curries, pizzas and other wonderful food from around the world, but right there and right then, it was a no brainer, fish and chips and cup of tea please! James the owner and head chef, is lovely, friendly and down to earth, as are his staff. The food was freshly cooked to order, served with a smile and i struggled to finish the portion size I had been given. All in all, can't recommended this place highly enough, will be going back for the more lavish options like oysters and lobster one day when I'm not so harassed. Eating there was easily the best part of my day.
