Mid September my wife and I were invited to take a 2nd year Covid19 booster. Unfortunately, no vaccines were available in our locality. Searching the net found Seaton Pharmacy was offering injections by phone-booking. I called, arranged an appointment and travelled to the store the next morning. On arrival we were met by a very efficient receptionist, who completed the formalities in the "blink of an eye."  We were shown to a small treatment room where we received our PAINLESS inoculations with the minimum of fuss and disruption by a health care professional.  This process ran like clockwork.  On completion of the injections we bought several nonprescription items. Seaton Pharmacy was staffed with friendly and helpful people who made, what may have been a daunting experience, into a pain-free visit to the "local chemist's shop." We'll done Seaton Pharmacy.

My Partner gets life saving milkshakes from his dietitian because he doesn't eat food. The boss Matthew has a serious attitude problem and is very nasty and aggressive towards his customers which makes my partners mentally health problems worse. We have already reported this to the NHS and they are currently looking in to the situation please be very aware when using this pharmacy. NOT RECOMMENDED. It is disgusting how they speak to people all of the ladies seem to be very kind

Very bad customer service from the owner. Needlessly rude and aggressive when issues could be resolved politely. A real shame. Quite difficult to get a 1 star review as a pharmacy but when things go wrong the manager has no capability to handle things professionally.

I was recommended this chemist by a work friend. I needed a flu jab. I walked in was met by a friendly lady who took some details and just £5! Less than a minute I was taken to a small consultancy room and met the pharmacist, a friendly guy who soon put me at ease. The injection was painless and easy, he spoke as he was doing it and it took my mind off it. After I took a look around the shop, it wasweld stocked, very clean and had just about everything you need from a chemist. We often forget these small village places and use the main chains, when really they are much better and personable.

I had to go and get my COVID jab and I was in and out in 10 minutes, Excellent work. Thankyou.
