Absolutely packed full of people don't shop on a bank holiday Monday. I won't be anytime soon had to queue behind 4 or 5 other people to be able to see the shelves. They had everything we needed and more besides staff were lovely as always it was just so ridiculously busy today.

Absolutely brilliant,  had a seizure today outside Asda, I don't remember nothing or what Asda staff came out but my husband said they were brilliant.  A big thank you and to the security guard for getting me a drink, I don't remember non of it, I only started to come round properly at hospital but big thank you,  very much appreciated x

I have been in store on two occasions with my wife between 12:30 & 13:00 and requested your advertised soup and roll for the over 60s only to find no availability, I today went in to the store today to be informed no soup and ordered afternoon tea to be also informed no scones so no afternoon tea as advertised.  At this time of the day and having an in store bakery I would have assumed that would not be a problem. The cafe is lacking a display of availability on the counter in both menu’s and display of availability. I have worked in this area in supermarkets and feel you are loosing a lot of custom due to availability there was very little on the shelves in the display unit.  There is a display board on the entrance to the cafe but nothing else at the counter to help choose meals other than breakfast extras at 1pm

Very disappointed with the service received from Asda Workington and the Asda helpline operator. I ordered a gammon joint yesterday for delivery this morning. Due to order value I added additional items to then only pay the standard delivery charge which was £5. My order receipt came through on email which showed everything being delivered at the correct time etc. Delivery came with the Gammon Joint missing £23.76. Pointed this out to the driver and he said to contact the store as he had it on his list for delivery,  and he did say that someone else may have received it by mistake! No joy in contacting the store, went to 0800 helpdesk who then told me that the money has been refunded and that was the matter closed. Also advised that if we need a Gammon joint we need to reorder and pay the delivery etc again, or go to the store ourselves, I explained that my husband and I are pensioners and live approx 10 miles from the store .... hence we use the delivery service. I have done this and my order is circa £30 for a piece of Gammon which started off at £20.40. I'm sorry to say that in my opinion this service isn't good enough and I should not have been penalised for Asda's delivery shortfall. Hopefully I will have better luck tomorrow !!!!!!

4 members of staff hanging around self serve. No till manned. 7 lots of shoppers all at self serve. Everyone looked harassed. If they put 2 tills on instead everyone would be happier. I felt my back twinge leaning constantly down to that really low self serve station.

Have shopped at the store for many years and  just have to give 5 stars for the young lady that served us at the till this evening Friday the 19th of August. It was lovely to see her happy in her work usually the staff don't look happy at all. She was jolly. Polite. Friendly  and had a lovely smile a credit to your team. Well done Holly keep smiling and laughing  .

I have always had a good experience with asda regardless of any issue I may have at the time. I would especially like to thank Becca and Rebecca for their patience and time with sorting the app on my phone. Thanks both.

As far as supermarkets go Asda at Workington are up there. Friendly staff and a well kept store. Delivery drivers are the best I’ve come across.
