Terrible. Rude and unhelpful. Dentist provided me with no advice or treatment and humiliated me. I am changing dentists and I advise nobody to go here.

Been today for first time. In so much pain with a broken tooth which I knew would have to come out. The team were brilliant! I was introduced to Rob, the dentist who was excellent and as he knew I was very nervous, he explained everything as he was going and made me at ease. Within minutes the tooth was extracted. I would highly recommend this dental practice and Rob..I will be going back in October for more treatment but will be less nervous. Thanks guys!

6 years ago we joined this practice as we heard it was family friendly. My daughter who was 3 years old at the time had a huge fear of the dentist, we had even been asked to leave our last practice due to her hysterical crying. Today she had to have a tooth removed as it was causing problems for her big tooth. While she was brave it would not have been possible using local anaesthetic without the fantastic work from Nigel and the rest of the team. Thank you Seaham Smiles!

Wish I could give 6*..Very professional dentists who put you at ease& offer a great NHS service.Parking is not always easy or getting through, but they reply to messages left for appointments& send out texts as a reminder.I would go nowhere else when it comes to dentistry.

My girlfriend went down with toothache. She was due to have a operation in a few days time so she asked him if it would effect her operation, he said no so she went ahead with the tooth extraction. A few days passed and she ended up with infection and went to see another dentist and he hasn't stiched her mouth up properly and caused infection and ended up with blisters all over her mouth...were the tools cleaned, I don't know. At the hospital on the day of the operation and we are speaking with the surgeon who was supposed to do the operation and he took a look and said....is he even a dentist leaving you that....stay away unless you want infection and zero sleep due to pain and holes in your mouth
