After all the terrible treatment I’d had so far it had knocked my confidence in dentists completely I was very nervous about dentists to begin with. I got an emergency appointment to see David the same day. David was truly amazing and completely put my mind at ease and talked me through everything. The reception staff were so welcoming and calming. Amazing service and now I won’t be going anywhere else. My partner and I have signed up for the practice plan and think it's a fantastic value for money, especially with the level of service received. My first check up was thorough and x-rays were expertly explained by Harry Dentist. The cleaning was great too, and I have already been back to start the teeth whitening process, having had impressions taken by a hygienist. The reception team are wonderful and you really get the impression it is a family environment. Of course, we all should support independent businesses, and I will be doing so for the foreseeable future as I continue to visit Kingsgate Dental. This practice has lovely well organised welcoming staff and practise maintains clean environment. Most of my teeth were not in good shape when I met David Lamb. His dental practice is one of the best practices in Durham and of the best dentist I have ever met who has loads of experience and patience. One of his best quality is listening to patients and analysing the situation well before starting the treatment. Being a juvenile diabetic, I feel reassured by the advice he gives and he definitely took all my fears away. I had my dental implant done and new permanent crowns fixed.
