Was hard to find a NHS dentist for my child but luckily this dentist took my child on thank you for seeing her today she said the lady who saw her was so lovely to her and gave her 2 stickers after thank you for seeing her I felt so bad when I seen her cavitys thank you for helping her appreciate it
Terrible service , wait months for an appointment then they cancel the day before . Had 2 check up booked in for the kids, they re arranged them 4 times then cancelled one the day before and one on the day
Miserable reception staff, dental staff blunt and rude, when you’re a private patient paying a fortune. Much much better experience elsewhere, therefore, have returned to another local private dental practice to continue my treatment, who are much cheaper and offer exceptionally higher service. I’d avoid Framwellgate dentist if you’re looking for private service, plenty of others elsewhere nearby, much recommend Durham City Smiles, far better in every way!
This practice has gone right down hill. My last two appointments were with two different dentists, both of whom have since left you have to wonder why. I had a check up booked in on June 5th having had a large filling put in in December. The check up was cancelled a fortnight before as the dentist I was to see has left and no replacement had been employed. No time scale has been given as to when a new check up will be booked in. Communication has been non existent. I have rung up twice since saying the filling doesn’t feel right. They say I can only get an appointment if I am in pain for which I would have to ring up on the morning. This is a shameful way to treat a long-term patient.
Been here loads staff are lovely and caring saw a NHS dentist today called Naila Hehal she was so caring and saw a private dentist called Wendy lovely as well taking my case on happy with the service I am getting recommended this surgery
