Don't appear to understand a person with a phobia then waited months to get an appointment at there bowburn dentist apparently they are the experts on dealing with people with really bad phobias ended up walking out of there so called specialist of people with phobias because doesn't listen to the patent needs

Disappointing service- I was on my way here for an appointment at 09.45. I had at 09.33 to tell me my appointment was cancelled. Seen as I was travelling already from Sunderland to seaham this is an inconvenience. I would have thought if they opened at 08.45, this would have been enough time to give me some notice if they knew the dentist was off sick.

I would not recommend this dental surgery, I have waited a month for a appointment and after 20 minutes of waiting past my appointment time they called someone else in first, so I guess I would have been waiting over 30 minutes yet again, as my previous appointment I waited 40 minutes to see a dentist, which at this surgery only seems to be 1 dentist practicing there.
