Lovely, freshly cooked full English breakfast. Good hot cappuccino. Great for popping in to during a long walk. And dogs are welcome.

Pleasant staff and above average food. Parking can be tricky, even in the winter. Rooms in the main Inn/hotel are ok. Rooms in the seperate Quay building are good, especially the suites. Staff are pleasant and the ales are looked after. Breakfast doesn't officially start until 8am, which is a little late for business travellers.

Stunning! Last year I reviewed the restaurant and gave it 4 stars and a year on its 5 star in my opinion. I had chicken supreme in an au poivre sauce served with potatoes dauphinoise and fine beans. 5-star from the quality of the ingredients, the way it was cooked and served. Well done and thanks 😁

All you could ask for in a Quay side pub. Good selection of drinks and nice menu on offer. A little pricey but well worth dropping in to.
