Tucked away in Market Street, we offer a wide range of daytime refreshments in comfortable surroundings. Free wi-fi and sheltered tea garden. Dogs welcome.

Story

​We are an independent café on Market Street in the heart of the historic fishing village of Appledore.

We love local produce and our fab seasonal dishes are available daily on our specials board.

Every day the team cook from scratch in our kitchen using the amazing produce of local suppliers.

Children and dogs welcome.

We go there every Sunday. It has a lovely old-fashioned tearoom atmosphere and It's a really good for snacks. They serve great home-made rock cakes. The staff are all very friendly but it can be very busy at times but you can reserve a table in advance. The loyalty card system is a nice touch for us regulars. Roy Davis

Used to be called Rosie's but changed ownership in 2016/17. Good choices on menus. Morning menu has a varied choice available. Breakfast menu ends at around 11:30 am. Daytime menu is then until the end of the day. Also a varied choice of food available. Waiter service. Loyalty card scheme is operational and is handy if you visit here more frequently. Nice food and nice staff.

Fabulous place, warm and welcoming, great food, reasonable prices. A perfect place for a fresh ground coffee and a tiadted chicken and sandwich bursting with filling and served with crisps and a delish salad

Excellent in every way, good food at very good prices. Good friendly service. Warm and cozy in winter, beautiful tea garden in summer.
