Cafe not quite big enough, as everyone wants to eat here. Welcoming space, nice food (only ate breakfast here) and efficient staff. Plus they allow your dog to sit under the table (which is definitely worth an extra star!)

If you happen to be in Instow on holiday or just passing through, you really must pop into John's Deli. Their fresh food counters put the supermarkets to shame, lots of products here are homemade instore, and the selection just keeps on going and going , it truly is a visual extravaganza of all things foodie. There is also a full range of tinned and pre-packed groceries, plus fruit and vegetables, news papers and mags. There is also a lovely little coffee shop within, serving a nice range of cakes and snacks. Highly recommended ps if you find this review helpful, please give it a 👍

Very poor. Huge waiting time for cold food and cakes. Crab sandwiches had more mayonnaise than crab (and no salad though menu stated it) and hot drinks were cold. Ordered a meringue for my daughter but asked for it without cream and fruit. Still charged for them even when queried. Heartily overpriced.
