In 2005 my wife and purchased our apartment in Ryde from Seafields. We were the first to buy in the apartment block. The whole buying process was second to none with Roseanne at the helm ensuring everything ran smoothly. 17 years on when we decided to sell it was a no brainer to use Seafields, and Roseanne, to market our flat. Again, from the very start of the process, Roseanne and her team ensured that all went well. There were times that we were anxious about some of the questions from the buyers solicitors but  phone calls to Roseanne would ensure us that things were going well. Communication with her team was excellent throughout. Very reassuring. We would highly recommend that should you want to buy a property on the island then Seafields must be your first stop.

This estate agent was beyond helpful.... the people dealing with my purchase went beyond what I have experience before, and still are.... they were helpful and always with good humour..... if you're considering an estate agents I would highly recommend this smaller agents.
