Lancaster has helped up in finding our new home. They were very helpful through out the process. It was quite a smooth transaction with them. From communicating with our mortgage advisor, solicitor and surveyor they have guided us throughout the whole process. I never thought buying a house will be easy. Definitely a 5 star rating for their services.
Great job by the team at Lancasters, they gave honest an appraisal of what needed to be done, along with a decent market expectation. Not the usual list it high and wait for the price reductions just to win the listing. Having dealt with 2 other agents on the Island in recent years Chris and Ben were a breath of fresh air, they stand head and shoulders above the other suspects...........

Lancasters have been amazing in helping us buy our first home! Whilst it was a lengthy process they were always willing and ready to answer any questions we had and kept us up to date with everything. An extra big thank you to Stella who was incredibly quick at responding to us and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. Great customer service!
After finding out dream home in our dream location we put in an offer and it was accepted. It took a while to complete but that was due to the selling process of our old home. Stella helped advise us on what we needed to be asking of our solicitors it had been over 20 years ago when we last bought a homeand really helped us despite it not really being her job to. We found Lancaster's are very professional and we would highly recommend them especially Stella.
We brought a property through these guys. They were responsive, professional and transparent. A special mention for Stella Steven who was extremely helpful.
Very unprofessional, won't allow a viewing but still advertising the property for sale! Then arranged a viewing to then cancel! WOULDN'T advise using them and also was warned about even trying to use them! Edit to your reply: yes definitely the right estate agents! We have been messed about one minute we can view property and then changed again!
Chris and the team were very professional and achieved a fair price in a swift time. We were selling my elderly mothers flat in Cowes and the team were very flexible and supportive of her. Would highly recommend selling or buying a property from Lancasters.

An overwhelming satisfaction & grattitude towards to this amazing & brilliant estate agents based in Cowes on the Isle of Wight. Definitely worth all 5 stars and more and any family or friends of mine who live on the island that want to sell or buy a property, they will definitely be getting my recommendations to use this fantastic company. A little back story, Lancaster's sold my flat in Ryde and it's recently finally completed last week after 8 months in the selling process. Ben, Chris & Stella are the absolute best and have the perseverance and motivation to complete any challenges that are thrown at them in the sales process. They are all very hardworking, dedicated and show passion to their jobs at Lancaster's and their customer service level is second to none. Thank you once again!
