Highly recommend this agency.Maria and Victoria are friendly and professional,they made our move to this house smooth and all through the year and half we spent here they made it stress-free for us,they would address any issue we have promptly with excellence whether big or small ,which is rare to find in an agency these days. We were always sure that we are well looked after. We'll have to move to another city and my wish is to find an agency as great as Maria's!

Many thanks to Maria and her team for looking after me over the last 12 months. I haven't experienced property management  services for myself prior to this let but am sure it doesn't get any better than this. Proffesional, Approachable, but more importantly friendly and aminable. Thank you to everyone within the team. 5 stars, 10/10.

I had the awful misfortune to encounter this terrible woman 'Maria' on a viewing of a property nr Upholland. A most dreadful individual. Tried to rush our viewing and became defensive and hostile when pressed for further information about the said property. A very very bizarre individual who really needs to change her vocation in life. Maybe a lemon tester would be a more appropriate role for such a sour rude person.

Update: this TRUE review will not be removed despite Her best efforts. Avoid this unethical and rude company. Go elsewhere where the ethic isn't what they can make from you, more what they can make for you. You have been warned

I rented out my property for 3 years through Maria Evans  and could not fault the service which they provided , Maria and her staff  were professional , courteous and dealt with any problems that arose quickly and efficiently. The tenants they secured for my property were excellent.  The measure that I used was I had unmarked cream carpets when I left I had  unmarked cream carpets when I moved back in 3 years later . 
On the basis of my experience I have also recommended Maria Evans to friends and colleagues who without exception have encountered a similar experience to mine . As a qualified Chartered Surveyor of 30 years experience dealing with Commercial Property I appreciate the difficulties that can arise in letting and selling property on occasions. Had I not felt totally confident in Maria Evans Estate Agents abilities I would not have considered them to undertake responsibility for my property during the period it was let, nor would I have subsequently  recommended them to friends and colleagues.
