Lauren, Senior Sales Advisor couldn't have been more helpful during my purchase of my new property.  She's been informative all the way and even helped me to measure up!  What a star!  Overall, Pittis have been extremely professional, keeping me up to date and accommodating my viewings to suit my working hours.  Couldn't be happier with the service and highly recommend this agent.

I've been considering the possibility of moving and invited Pittis Ryde to provide me with a 'no-strings' valuation of my property. Alistair understood my situation and provided me with a professional appraisal of my home, taking the time to explain current market conditions, sales trends in my area, and his opinion on how to market my property in order to achieve the best possible sales price.  For personal reasons I've decided that maybe next year would be a better time to reconsider the move, but was impressed by Alistair's 'no-pressure, we're here when you're ready' approach.

Lauren has been very professional and helpful during the sale of our property and my viewings of other properties. She is good with her time keeping and always happy and smiley, willing to find an answer to a question if she doesn’t know on the spot. I originally put my house on the market in March 2021, and decided to market with Alastair at Pittis in Ryde.  From the start Alastair was the most enthusiastic estate agent who valued my property.  From the outset he communicated professionally with very clear jargon free advice, and continued to do so through the whole process.  I my opinion, the whole team in the Pittis office in Ryde followed on with similar professional, personal and enthusiastic service that Alastair had demonstrated from the word go.  It wouldn’t be fair not to mention the others in the team who really demonstrated their professional attitude, in particular Joe and Shonaigh in branch and Kieran the sales progressor.  The only negative from the service received from Pittis was the inhouse conveyancing, in the end I had to use a 3rd party solicitor.  My onwards purchase was not stress free, Alastair and team remained calm and all offered clear advice on the best way forward.  Alastair went above and beyond with his service and knowledge to ensure we could complete and make our move.  He really earnt his commission cheque with the effort he put in.  I would not hesitate to recommend Alastair and his team to sell your house.  Once again. Thankyou.

Shonaigh from Ryde office was so helpful! She was friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable about the property and was totally understanding of our requirements. Enthusiastic without over selling and honest, which I found refreshing, she was not pushy at all.  I’ve met a lot of agents while searching for a property and I can honestly say that her friendly and professional approach was the best I’ve received!

Alastairs' communication and people management skills towards the latter end of a drawn out and complicated purchase were excellent. In a role where poor communication can be exasperating, he went above and beyond to make sure we were well informed at all stages and knew exactly where we stood. We are both grateful to him, I’m not sure it would have completed in time without his intervention. Heidi who showed us the property initially and Shonaigh & Lauren who we dealt with when making our offer were all very welcoming and helpful too.

The service we have received from Lauren has been absolutely five star! As a first time buyer, I felt so out of my depth when I first got in touch but she really took the time to explain the whole process and answer my many questions about everything. She has been a pleasure to deal with and it feels more like chatting with a friend than dealing with an estate agent. After following her advice regarding next steps I really feel like we're on our way to our first home and we are both looking forward to working with Lauren to get there! Exceptional service from Pittis, they have a great team of staff that not only market houses, also providing a step by step guidance from the very beginning of the process right through to handover. Mr White our sales progressor was extremely helpful and has a fantastic attitude to his work. We are very pleased with the service we received.
