Avoid! I was in a car accident a few days before Christmas and it took this garage up until two weeks ago to get my car back to me. It wasn't fixed and clearly still had paint from where the lorry hit my car. I was told that they 'lost the pictures of the damage'. It was sent back to the garage then when it was 'repaired' the door was rattling. I had to take it back again for it to be stripped down, wasting more of my time running back and forth to the garage. The final time I got it back the door now doesn't even close, they have broken my key so I have to use the spare key and there is still a hole in one of the seals on my car. My car has now had to go to the Mini garage to get properly repaired as this garage have caused damage that wasn't even a result of the crash. Total lack of communication from the garage. I had to constantly chase to find out when my car would be ready and in the end had to wait for two hours at their garage to get my car then had to leave without it. If you Google this garage the reviews are all very bad. I have put a complaint in to my insurance for sending my car to this garage initially. Also when I got my car back it had 13 miles of petrol left in it. I never let my car get that low on petrol so I am unsure why this garage were running about in my car!

My car was sent here for repair after being rear ended at a junction thought they were a good bodyshop i was wrong gave me the car back leaking fuel had to go back as wasnt happy with repair car still isnt right going to have to pay another body shop to fix properly would rather pay someone else than go back to crams

Absolutely shocking service, terrible communication refuses me a courtesy car on the basis they assumed my car was a right off didnt recover my car for 2 weeks and was left for 3 weeks over the festive period without a car, stay cleer
