1st rate service, my appointment was 12-00, arrived 5 minutes early and was taken right away, explained what I thought was the problem  wheel alignment. The branch manager Patrick got got one of his colleagues to check my vehicle and the wheel alignment was done and it only took 20 minutes, Patrick explained how the problem probably occurred, I would definitely use national tyres again

I went to have 4 tyres fitted appointment was booked for 14.30 but car wasn’t taken in until 16.30 left the centre at around 17.30 and they only got 2 tyres done as they totally wrecked my locking key and all 4 locking nuts. Now my locking key and nuts were perfectly fine prior to visiting as I had to change a tyre myself a few weeks ago due to a puncture. Also my mechanics can vouch for the same as my breaks were done prior to visiting also. You then proceeded to give a contact number of someone who could take these locking nuts off whom is on the other side of Glasgow who charges a call out on top of removal price £80 what use is that to Falkirk customers. I’m now left out of pocket national should be paying the removal cost as they are at fault as had to get these removed by someone els just around the corner from this centre whom also told me that they have had the same issue on several occasions with other customers of national, seems to be a known issue that you guys wear peoples lock nuts and keys then take absolutely no responsibility for it. Then on begrudgingly returning to have the other two tyres fitted was told to come back at 13.15 witch I did then again the car wasn’t taken in until at least 14.00 then took them over an hour to fit two tyres I left national at 15.00. Appalling service from national I would recommend everyone stay clear of them unless you want to waste your day waiting or your locking nuts locked on.

Website very easy to use. Arrived early no waiting time car taken instantly quick and efficient would defo recommend cheers guys

It started badly when I went with a pre booked appointment for tyre check and new wiper blades. No note of my appointment which had been made in person. 2 hours later I left as blades had to be ordered in. Within 15 minutes of their arrival I was on my way. No charge was made for new blades which I thought was very generous of the manager. While I was waiting it was very busy with customers attending in person and via the telephone. The manager who was manning reception on his own dealt with each problem/question in a very business like way and was always polite and as flexible as he could be. I will definitely return in the future.

Booked in online and was taken my time slot,fast and efficient service totally recommend National tyres

Waited over a 1 hour 50 mins for 2 tyres, guy said 15 mins mate at 12 left at 1:50.

Great team, helpful, will use again.

The service was quick. 2 tyres fitted had a fine grip but were dirty and looked pre-used. Not what you expect paying over £200 for ‘new tyres’.
