Absolute shambles. Bought carpet and furniture together, we were told we would not get furniture before christmas, fine, but carpet would be a couple of days after survey.  Eventually got survey done, but cannot get fitters till after Christmas, then today was the only time we could be fitted in, ok.  Apparently the van has broken down and now they can only do Monday.  I have no carpet in my hall, living room/dining room, furniture stuffed in every other room of the house and no guarantee they will deliver on Monday, merry Christmas SCS.

Do not even deserve 1 star but is the lowest that can be rated. Manager in Harlow incapable of holding a conversation. Do not use them for any reason if can be avoided.

Terrible customer service ,  very rude and messed our flooring up by sending the fitter with the flooring being measured wrong , so it didn't fit the room ! Weren't In any way sorry and no compensation offered

Stay away from this store! 
Went down this store this afternoon with my mother and nephew to look at a new sofa. 
My mother wanted a fabric corner sofa which they had limited numbers of, we went upstairs and was greeted by a salesman, we found a sofa my mother likes but was so keen on the available colours.
We got a price to pay monthly and I said we would continue to look around the store which we did and this salesman followed us everywhere we went. I told my mother to tell the salesman we was going to go shopping and think about it and come back. 
By this time he was at the desk at the top of the stairs where a blonde lady salesman was sitting and they was saying what do you need to think about?
This sofa has 60% off and all the rest have 50% so that's a bargain. 
My mother stated we just needed to think about it. 
We kept getting questioned on why we needed to think about it. 
I said I wasn't so keen on the colour as it doesn't go with the colour scheme in the living room he suggested we re-decorated!!!!
Said we wanted to get a drink and some food for my nephew they came back and said they can get him water and make him a ham sandwich. 
Both were very pushy, asking for my mothers movile number, to make a sale and decide on the colour later on etc 
It was very intimidating especially for my mother, if I hadn't of been there to walk away, the sales people probably would of intimidated my mother enough to make the purchase. 
To pushy and lost a sale, I ended up driving down to DFS in Enfield who were amazing staff all friendly and was not pushy. DFS greeted us asked do we know what material sofa we wanted once we said fabric corner showed us the directed and said to give him a shout if we needed anything. Came away from DFS with a new sofa ordered! Avoid SCS pushy and rude staff!!!
