TOTAL RIP OFF!! I'm a carpenter, and I had a small job in Sawbridgeworth, so as Ridgeons is there I thought I would pop in to get some materials for the job I was doing. What a mistake! The 18mm MDF was £32.50 a board (Wickes is £19.03) the 2x2 prepared timber was £4.08 per linear meter (Wickes is £2.60) (Prices inc VAT). Ridgeons final price £217.51 VS Wickes £125.42!! I will never in my life set foot into a Ridgeons branch again. You have been warned!!
