Five Star Service from start to finish. I can’t express how happy I am with my Nobilia Kitchen from John Damien. My first experience of John Damien, was when they were still based at the Maltings in Sawbridgeworth. I was impressed with the showroom and the products, but doubted that I would ever be able to afford a kitchen from there. Roll on 3-months and they had moved to their new location at Little Hyde Hall. I had exchanged contracts on my property and was looking seriously at someone to remodel my kitchen. I visited 3 other showrooms, who just didn’t get what it was that I wanted. I finally plucked up the courage to return to John Damien and was assisted by Elaine. From the first discussion, I knew they had got a good sense of my style, wants and kitchen needs and came up with an amazing design that complimented my live/work space with 3 metre high ceilings. I settled for a Nobilia Kitchen with Siemens Oven/Microwave and Elica Nikola Tesla Hob. Installation happened on the proposed date and the fitter was brilliant, with minimal mess, fuss and with everything completed as planned by the agreed date. The kitchen is stunning, was within my budget and I can’t say how pleased I am to have chosen John Damien. I would definitely recommend them, hence this five star review .
We recently had a new kitchen fitted in our listed village house by John Damien. We were most impressed with the showroom. Damien and Elaine interpreted our needs perfectly, the fitter was great and we continue to enjoy the result every day. We really preferred working with an independent local company.
They were very helpful when we wanted to add a couple of cabinets to our existing kitchen. They managed to find the same exact model and it fits perfectly. Communication was very good too. Highly recommendedServices: Kitchen design
Recently had a new kitchen supplied by Damien with Worktops,taps nothing was too much trouble, they talked and help me choose the right kitchen in the right colour combination. The result was amazing and the service has been great they are a great local independent company where the service is more personal to me they understood what I wanted and created the right Kitchen for me. Excellent value for money - had our kitchen fitted 18 months ago but I've waited to leave a review to see how we felt after the initial excitement had ebbed a bit! It must have increased the value of our house by at least 50% more than we paid for all the work, units, appliances etc. Really good design initially, and with a huge range of unit sizes plus installers who can adjust end panels etc, it made good use of our very difficult room. Somehow the design accommodated 3 doorways and a fireplace as well as a supporting ceiling beam. We have a listed house and wanted to leave old beams visible. Advice on colours, glass and other splashbacks, handles, no detail forgotten. Installer was very quick, tidy and detail-oreinted and contractors for carpentry, plastering etc all organised and lined up. Everyone was easy to deal with and straightforward. Would strongly recommend.
