After the stationary company we used for over 10 years, recently went into Administration, I contacted a bunch of stationary suppliers including Total Office. Total Office on the surface looked to be the best, so I decided to give them a go and we have not been disappointed. The stationary company director Jason has been with Total Office for a long time, and it shows, in, that he has so much enthusiasm for the company and is so helpful. We had a large stock of grey folders over 500 we were trying to get recycled and not only did Jason manage to pack them up for us and give these to a primary school, but he even came and tidied our stationary cupboard for us, did a stock take and got the right amount of stationary ordered for us, nothing is too much trouble. So far, the customer service provided has been excellent, friendly, helpful, and quick to respond, stationary has also been delivery quickly and is well priced against the other stationary companies. Total Office are now my go to for not only stationary but fruit too amongst other things for the office they can provide. Thank you also to Taylor the lady who does the orders for us, again friendly, helpful, and super responsive, I highly recommend them.
Total Office are very professional. I have recently moved company's and recommended them to my new company, which has been a total success- they are now being supplied by them and our team are very happy. I have to praise Taylor and Jason for being extremely reliable and efficient. Total Office really do make life easier. I was looking to refit a small, home office without paying the expensive cost for custom design and installation. Adrian from Total Office helped with a really cost effective solution. The whole process from choosing the material and finish right through to installation was excellent. I am really pleased I used Total Office and will not hesitate to use them again!
