I went to get school shoes for my children 5 and 12 and was only to happy to be served by an amazing helpful and knowledgeable young lady called Tia. Service with a smile and great energy. They had most shoes I asked for with the option to get next day delivery for the pair that was unavailable. A brilliant experience all round
Really good service, I have wanted white converses for a really long time and in December I finally bought a pair. However, I bought a size 5 men’s as opposed to women’s. I went to the Schuh store in Birmingham and they ended up mixing up the orders and I was given a size 4 women’s, which was too small. Today I went to schuh in Wolverhampton and I had not one but two of the store staff help me try on different shoes to ensure I had the right size. Very happy customer.
Brought a pair of trainers for my daughter, was served by Raj who was knowledgeable on soles and styles for younger children, polite and friendly. Store was well presented and there was a good variety of brands and sizes.
Good polite customer service. Staff almost always attentive. I was picking up an order and returning one. The girl who delt with me was nice and chatty.
Manager and staff was very pleasant i was really suprised. They went above and beyond and gave me some great advive on the boots that i wanted..
