Went in for a designer type radiator, not straightforward as I only had limited width for installation in the kitchen. Was given good accurate advice on the size required, gave me a great price and called me a few days later when it arrived. Obviously they know their stuff! Very pleased, looks great, quality great also.

This merchants goes above and beyond to help you, prices are always the cheapest in town, the staff are always polite, friendly and full of knowledge.nWhatever you need they always have stock weather it’s a tap washer or a boiler.nI would highly recommend to use this company and wouldn’t use anyone else!!nExcellent service, keep up the good work.
If you are a plumber in the trade or just a DIY person this is the place for all your plumbing needs. It’s a very small store but seems to be built like a Tardis that Doctor Who would be proud of. Once inside you’ll feel a bustle of energy of plumbers and trades people coming and going.nnThey stock everything plumbing from radiators, combi-boilers, copper pipe and bathroom fittings. If they haven’t got it in stock which is rare it can be ordered and will be there is a couple of days tops.nnOne thing that struck me is the helpfulness of this place. If you need advice as a novice you can get it and it’s good advice too. If you need a plumber they’ll give you a good contact. This is what small business retail stores are about and I just love going there for my plumbing DIY needs.nnThe owner is generally in the store and he is great for advice. You are treated like a long standing customer so don’t be shy asking what needs to be done to a leaking radiator or how to use the quick fit plastic fitting’s .nnPrices are reasonable and around half the price of B&Q or Homebase. Overall a great store, wish there were more like this in town and other areas.nnDown side is parking. Park on main is best as space is limited. This store is in the middle of a terraced housing street but it’s not far to walk off the main road , about 1 minute,
I was a little worried ordering from this company after reading some of the reviews but there was no need for that at all. I didn't find the ordering online too difficult but their customer service was second to none every time I contacted them. Unbeatable price on a Vaillant boiler, extremely quick delivery, very happy and highly recommend the company.
