Amazing and patient staff. We entered a little late on Sunday but they took extra time and support to help us try on numerous pairs of shoes, which we eventually purchased. Great team, would definitely visit there again.
The most helpful staff are Matthew and Charlotte they are very helpful and always polite. My Dr Marin boots are very comfortable

I visited Schuh Windsor today 9 May 2018 and had the best experience. The staff were very pleasant, helpful, friendly. Gave me useful information about the sales coming up and the Dr Martens I was trying on. Looking forward to shopping with you soon.

Great range, friendly staff, prices aren't the cheapest even their own web site is cheaper but you lay for the convenience of trying before buying and being able to walk out with the right shoes.
Visited today to purchase some new trainers for my 3 year old daughter ended up buying a pair for my wife and I as well thanks to some very helpful and friendly staff the manager went above and beyond and even allowed our daughter to use her portable potty in there tea room as she was desperate to go
I went to the store to exchange a Christmas present for a bigger size. The store didn't have my required size in stock, so they said it would be delivered to me in 5-7 days, but they have been delivered the next day. Very helpful staff, smooth transaction.

Very friendly staff who genuinely cared. New technology means they don’t have to go out the back and see if they have stock. They can check right there and then. Very good overall.
