By mistake my husband left his bag with important iDs, bank cards, and some cash in Schuh Hounslow on 23/12/2022. Went to the store next day and found the bag. The staff had kept the bag secure. I am thankful to the staff at Schuh Hounslow for being honest and heldpful.
Quality store and helpful staff from the moment we stepped in store we were greeted with pleasant/ welcoming staff. The missus tried on a few shoes and boots while I counted the minutes waiting. The pricing is affordable here and missus was very happy with the purchase made. All in all the shop was not busy and due to the sale plenty of bargains to be had. Thankyou

Just purchased size 9 Crocs in white, which no one had online. Great shop and great customer service by lilly. A superb sales person who was kind and patient. She will no doubt go far in her profession as she has what it takes to succeed.
Sophie best customer service ,I was so confused selecting colours she suggested me the best pair of shoes thanks a lot Sophie.
Today in the morning I went in to try on some shoes, the two employees chatted at no time, they helped me, but when one of them realized that I was trying on a shoe that was my number with my special insole, she got upset and yelled at me that she wanted the shoes, they fit me well and I liked them but because of the bad treatment of the employee I decided not to buy because she can't forbid you to use my special insole, they lost a sale of 80 pounds.
Has decent collection, neatly stacked store with friendly staff. Purchased shoes from here which are good quality
Great. Not really big in size.
Nicely laid out stores, bright airy and always appear to be very tidy and well stocked with women's men's and children's shoes and sneakers. Staff are always very friendly but not overbearing and very attentive when you need their assistance. Also their prices are very competitive and great offers can be found at certain times of the year.
Good selection of shoes.was asked if I was okay so that's good.less staff on floor talking in a group would come across better. Good location
