Price on tag was different (and cheaper) than that on the system. The cashier actually (trying to be discreet, may I add) ripped off the tag and quoted the higher price, and then tried to argue with me that that was the only price they had, despite me pointing out that not only had I seen her remove the tag and I read the tag before I brought the shoes to the counter, but said tag was still sitting on the table behind her. Eventually sold me the shoes at the price of the tag, after a lot of huffing and puffing from her end. Not satisfied with the service but the shoes are great, at least.

My wife bought me a Christmas present from this store.Just a week after Christmas we discovered the big mistake she did. Before to buy them she asked if she could change in case the number wasn't right and they told her yes no problem. Until here no problem. The problem started when actually you really tried to change them. When I went to change they told my that the number wasn't available anymore, and they told me after checked in the system that they were available in Shepherd bush, so I went there and the Shepherd staff told me that they weren't available since 2 weeks and checking again the system they told me that ealing store had availability. I told her that their system wasn't reliable as I just came from Ealing so she suggested to go to Camden Town because it showed availability, after have crossed half London, guess what? No availability in Camden too.I came back to ealing 2 week later hoping they ordered back but no way, in that occasion I discovered also that the time to change was about to expire.They didn't know when the shoes could be available again and they don't give back money I could just change with another pair. At the end we changed the shoes for a pair to my wife.So maybe I was just unlucky but I recommend you to don't use this shop to do a gift and be sure to have what you want before to leave the shop as a change could be easly a nightmare and a waste of time.

Staff is trained but management is lacking customer service skills. They made mistakes on a double purchase and couldn't even provide a valid alternative to make up for their errors. You could feel a hint of sarcasm as well. Classic Christmas spirit at Office. Happened on 24/12/2016 in the morning.

There was minimal staff and they were conversation with each other and no one came up to me( being the only customer in the store) to ask me if I needed help with anything.
