This store has a lot of online orders to process for pick up so it can get super busy, the staff do the best they can but can be rather chaotic. Staff are friendly and helpful. However during these busy times I wish sometimes they had more people on the tills.
Exceptional Service Despite Initial HiccupsnnI recently visited the Next store in Hayes with my brother and nephew, and though our experience started off a bit rocky, it ended on a fantastic note. Initially, I was frustrated by the lack of available staff to help us select a men's suit. When I approached the desk for assistance, a lady informed me that they were short-staffed at the moment but assured me someone would be with us shortly.nnTrue to her word, Melanie Watts came over to the men's suit section to assist us. She was incredibly helpful, guiding my brother in finding the right suit. Melanie took the time to check for sizing and supported him in trying on different sizes in shirts, blazers, and pants. Her patience and extensive knowledge about the style and cut of the blazer that best complemented his body type were impressive.nnWe left the store feeling well cared for and thrilled with the suit and shirt we chose. I am very grateful for the wonderful experience and commend Melanie for transforming what could have been a frustrating shopping trip into a memorable one. Thank you, Melanie, and the Next team for your dedication and excellent customer service!
