Exceptionally bad service. Over 10 people in the queue and no one serving! A bunch of people "working", and if you ask if you could get served you are told to go to another department as there's "no people there". In the mean time the people "working" carry on chatting to each other and wondering around. Disgusting. I wouldn not recommend this place to anyone! What a disaster!

Big Next shop with a Costa inside. Great for shopping and to rest to charge batteries to hit the shops again!

All staff are very unhelpful and talk amounst themselves on the shop floor rather than jumping on a till and serving customers when the que is really big in store they dont care very poor customer service

No good service at all .no one wants to help the customer and sending customer to another department to pay but no one there .

Every time I go to this store no matter what time of the day or what day there's a queue for getting your parcel. It took over 10 minutes to get to the cashier and then it took him over 15 minutes to get much parcels. All in all I hate going there but it the most convenient
