28.05.2024 Schuh... our casual visit turned into a great shopping experience. We were actually looking for some stilletoes and bang on, we found what we wanted. It's been a lovely experience here. The staff was very courteous and helped us to chose the right size. It was a lovely shopping experience on a special day. Definately a name on our visit again list.
I brought sketchers vapor foam shoes. In schuh . Jordan helped me alot by choosing them, shoes were really very comfortable tq buddy

Thursday Evening which was so surprising for me when i was passing through the street i saw schuh!! It was so busy needed to see what’s happening realised that they were Doing Spin Discounts. Won 30% which made myself to decide get a shoe, in-store bit disappointed because it was so selective items and less options As i was so picky for my colour and brand of shoes i was not able to decide, where Keneba and Naya gave spectacular service in busy time, both where so attentive and so friendly gave me very good options which made me so personal. There did very good upselling which I realised i was only about to buy shoe but Keneba made me to buy shocks, bag and shoe. Good Customer service. This two girls are legends.
A solid 5 stars for this great quality footwear shop in Nottingham. Staff are helpful and concerned and nothing is too much trouble. The shop was buzzing with happy customers - whatever they are doing they have the formula spot on

The store was busy but the sales assistant Jordon made me feel like I was the only person in the store, he had such a great positive energy, he was super happy and very helpful. I was so impressed with the service I asked for his name so I could leave positive feedback. JORDON is a credit to this store, I walked away with more Converse! We were served by a lady called Molly, I just want to say give this girl a bonus, a raise, just anything because she went above and beyond. She was amazing, her kindness and understanding was some of the best customer service I've received in years. My son is autistic and he's had the same pair of trainers for about 6 years, he's now 8 but will and cannot have shoes with laces but when kids hit a certain age their shoes go from straps to laces. Molly was amazing, even though the shop was full and my son was struggling with sensory issues, his normal trainer with a strap didn't have his size. She suggested a similar shoe but with extendable laces, which he was happy with. She was so kind and attentive with my son, blocking out all outside distractions and talking to him about his day, she really helped calm him down realising his sensory issues and comforted me because I'd had a really hard day with him. She listened to him and she listened to me and was so understanding, which meant so much to me at that moment because with a hidden disability people can be quick to judge as a child being "naughty" or "difficult", Molly showed us nothing but kindness, time for us and gave me support during a difficult day. Thank you Molly, I'll never forget what you did for us today. You're a gem and your beautiful soul shines through. I hope you get to see this message. Georgia and Isaac he had TV woman and we bought the air force ones you're amazing xxx
