The staff here are so helpful and honesty has made the process of buying shoes so easy and because of them I was able to recommend to my family members who also went on to purchase pairs of Clarke’s from them. A special thanks to Sonia, Chris, Natalie and all the other staff there who have made shopping here easy!
Always have to go here for the kids school shoes, trainers and summer sport sandals. The very professional staff will measure your kids feet, one of my kids has a normal width fitting the other one has wide feet. They take the worry out buying shoes that fit correctly and give growing room too. They are expensive when you think you can buy school shoes for £8 from Asda but the fitting service and the quality of the foot wear make it more than worth it. Bad fitting footwear can lead to flat feet which can ultimately lead to hip replacements later in life. Ask any chiropodist.
Pop IN yesterday too check out the prices looking for some boots and shoes and the prices are out of my price range so I will stick with shoe world or shoezone has the cost of living rises and Christmas is getting closer I wouldn't recommend unless you really can afford to shop here.

Visited and was served by an absolutely lovely lady whose name I sadly forget. Got kids’ feet measured, and their shoes purchased was out within 10mins. 5 star experience showed her 18 years of experience.
Went to Clarks as they can measure your feet. Very attentive female staff member who understood my feet problems and I bought 2 pairs of shoes but this time in a wider fitting
I went to buy my grandsons first walking shoes, the assistant Kim was brilliant, polite and really knew about the products, she didn't just sell us the first she made sure my Grandson could walk in them. Excellent!.
Kim was amazing with my 11 month old who we had to wake up to have his feet measured before the store closed. She measured his feet and offered a suggestion then double checked the fit once on and got a colleague to check too....sizing was a little large for his chunky feet so she adjusted the sizing and we got a beautiful pair of pre walkers for my boy who is about to let go and start his walking journey! Thank you Kim for all your help
Every year we buy our school shoes there definitely worth the money and every year shop assistant measures my son’s feet and brings a pair of shoes that is 3 sizes bigger and tells it’s quite normal to wear it despite I see my son walks in these shoes like in flippers and tries not to fell down. This time was the same situation and I really tired to fight with them every time and explain, that I know what size is more comfy for my son at least because I’m doing it from his birth. Please, stop, it’s very frustrating.
A bit cold inside for a shoe shop. The doors were open all the time. Otherwise the girl that was assisting me was really kind and help me to find the shoes that i need it within a minute. The shoes were really comfortable. If they are good quality i will be able to tell in a couple of months
