Good quality shoes. Had to order the correct size but here next day. Staff are friendly, helpful.

I've made an online order with Charles Clinkard as I wasn't impressed with one sales person's attitude. Please get a cue when a customer wants to be left alone.  I've been approached by one sales person. I kindly declined her. The other assistant shouted across the whole shop "are you ok?" while I was exiting the shop. At this point all 4-5 shop assistants were gathered at the till together staring at me. If you want to approach me, please do approach me more discreetly. I felt uneasy.

Called in on a Saturday morning, in search of wide fitting shoes as their website said that were stockists. Not knowing what I was looking for, Yvette immediately came to my assistance and asked if she could be of assistance. Some 45 minutes later, I went away with 3 pairs of shoes happy in the knowledge that they fitted perfectly. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, so much so that whilst I was choosing my shoes, my wife also managed to find 2 pairs of shoes, one of which wasn’t in stock but they had posted out to us. Would definitely visit again, thank you.

Brilliant staff. Took my toddler in today for her first shoes, so a bit of a moment. They were amazing with her, triple checking the fit, loads of good advice, and a great photo of her to mark the occasion. Defo going back there. Excellent team.

This is the only shoe shop that has recognised my sons need for especially wide and tall shoes. Clarks didn't notice, even his doctors didn't notice, despite his foot pain! It was so obvious when the assistant pointed it out and showed us why some shoe styles don't work for him. We felt very supported by the assistants here, even when they were busy. The shop also has nice child friendly decor in the back to keep them entertained that isn't immediately obvious from the outside.

Quality and you pay for what you get. Most of the brand's are great! I would never buy another Ecco shoe tho. Nothing to do with the store tho. Fab staff that will help you every step of the way. Great kids section with a proper fitting service!

Amazing service with staff bending over backwards to ensure my partner received the shoes she needed for an upcoming wedding. I cannot sing the praises of the people involved enough. Well done its refreshing to know service like this still exists.

Superb! Highly recommend for shoes for both boys and girls.  I have bought both my children's shoes from them and they fit the shoes very professionally and their order online and then collect in store is a great option too if you don't have the right size.
