Mirroring the previous comment, great service when I went in and bought several pairs of shoes but when after 10 days and only a single wear 1 pair of the shoes started to fall apart a pair bought in the sale the service was plain awful and was made to feel a complaining old bag... horrible.  Will never buy shoes there again if I can help it.  If you are shopping here just keep in mind if your shoes develop a fault after 7 days you must return the shoes and they will be sent away to be mended, if the shoes cannot be mended the ';technician' will report back and you will then be able to have a replacement.  A replacement will NOT be offered as standard and you must wait 7 days for repair to be carried out, or a conclusion of 'faulty' to be reached.  If you ask they may as a 'good will gesture' post the shoes to you free charge to save you a shop visit.  I believe from what I was told over phone to Moda in Pelle that this is the case for all shoes, but perhaps I misunderstood and this is just the condition for sale shoes, I'm not certain.  Think this info is worth knowing as I was really disappointed at such an early stage not be offered a replacement pair on the day.  Hope this is helpful feedback for prospective shoppers

We  Saw shoes in window advertised at  £59.95 tried them on , loved them , went to till and they said they were £90.00 !
