Unfortunately I have also fallen prey to sharp selling practices where the sales person says one thing and the contract came through after me agreeing to go ahead with entirely different terms (which apparently I can’t cancel as I said go ahead before the official terms came
time through?). These terms I was not party to are being used to threaten me with debt collectors. They are also continuing to charge me for the space?! Very disappointed as they seem great on the phone but seem to have questionable business practices in my opinion.

I would suggest any person or company looking to deal with this company is very careful and seeks professional advice before agreeing to anything. Be sure to save original copies as well.

Buyer beware - be careful dealing with this company. I ordered space at a couple of venues, checked cancellation terms via email, proceeded to cancel and now they are sending me letters from debt collectors while ignoring my emails which clearly confirm the terms I agreed to. 

Very unprofessional and reflects very poorly on the schools who deal with them. I will be writing to the schools concerned telling them of my experience.

I would give 0 stars if possible.. 

We friends/relatives play on a weekly basis at one of there centres.. I called back in October due to a death in the family,  in order to cancel our bookings as we were not in the right frame of mind and not able to attend. I was told the bookings will be cancelled but now I am being threatened with a recovery agency being passed my details and cornered into a corner in order to make me pay for something completely out of our control.

I was shocked by the email so called the manager I spoke to and his answer to my situation was.. I appreciate there was a death and you wasn't able to attend but you still have to pay. What sort of heartless person/company would put its regular facility users in a situation at such a difficult time beats me. 

So keep it in mind.. you need god to give you 4 weeks notice prior to a death in the family so you can conveniently cancel your bookings so you don't get charged by these crooks..

SLS has amazing customer service and support. They always put the visitors first and will always do anything they need. It is incredible how helpful they are, it makes me happy when I come in every Saturday because I know there are great people ready to help me.

SLS has fantastic customer service. I have hired out sports halls through them and have had absolutely no problems. Ricky is great supervisor. He is very helpful and will handle any enquiries you may have.
