Karen and her team provided a professional, friendly, courteous and committed service enabling us to sell a deceased family members house. I was impressed with the number of viewings we had for the property and the teams continued optimism throughout the sale, no matter how many times it fell through. Karen Ritchie estates were recommended to us & they didn't disappoint. From the moment Karen came in to do a valuation to me dropping my keys off on completion day, the whole process has been easy & hassle free. The whole team work so hard & are tireless in their efforts working on your behalf. Particular praise has to go to Shauny & Carlie who are so helpful & keep you informed every step of the way, even chasing solicitors in the final stages. We would recommend Karen Ritchie Estates 100%

When I had to sell my mother’s house I thought it was going to be a problem because I live in The Netherlands. Not so with Karen and her team. They had a buyer lined up almost straightaway and took care of everything for me right through to the final cleaning of the property. I would like to thank all involved for going the extra mile!

Karen and her team are extremely tenacious in their approach to house selling, an attitude for which we are very grateful. They were selling the house for our vendor and Karen stepped in personally, when we truly believed that our private buyer was going to pull out of our chain. Her advice and assistance stopped this from happening.
