Good food for the price. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are good. En suite bathroom is more of a cupboard but adequate. Overall very good.

This is a great place for a good, wholesome and cheap meal. The quality is consistent, the staff helpful and friendly, but because it is so popular it can often be very busy. If the staff tell you that there's a 40 minute wait for your order, it's not normally even half of this time. Try it, you'll be surprised.

Stayed for lunch only.. pleasantly surprised - lunch was very good. No Earl Grey Tea ☕️ tho' which was disappointing..luckily I had my own tea bags in car 🚗 ..  Restaurant was clean & so were washrooms..

Good large car park. Menu same as any other pub but does have good 2 for the price of offers. Food hot but on offers portions small
