Wonderful hospitality in unpretentious but very well-appointed accommodation. Stylish, agreeably quaint, clean, cosy and comfortable. This kind of non-formulaic and hence flexible service is now generally hard to find; I highly recommend 'Picton House Hotel' and hope to visit again.

What a great place to stay!  Hosts really friendly and welcoming, room beautiful and wonderful cooked breakfast.  We were able to store our bike in the shed and they even did our laundry for us.  The locals in the bar were a very friendly bunch, too.

Lovely building lovely location Holly is so welcoming and  friendly and nothing was too much trouble we will definitely be going back

Lovely old building. This is somewhere which would really appeal to dog lovers. I'm not exactly a dog person myself but I can understand  those who are. The bar was nice. The hotel clean and rooms were stunning. Not somewhere I'd choose to stay though unless I had a dog.
