Excellent service from start to finish. Immediate response from the staff and quick to set up viewings. Can’t thank the staff enough for the professional and excellent service they have provided for me. Would recommend Sapphire Homes to anyone who is looking for a property.

As previous reviews have stated, this agency does not return calls to prospective tenants. I called about a property on a Saturday and was told I would receive a call back that day. I did receive this call back, but they advised me it would be Monday before they could organise a viewing. Two weeks have passed and I haven't heard anything. This should put both landlords and tenants off, landlords are missing out on potential tenants and, as a current tenant with another agency, I know that reliability with the agent is very important. I've seen in previous reviews that this company denies knowledge of people who leave reviews such as this, but I can happily provide screenshots of the outgoing/incoming call details.

a 5 star service from start to finish!! always very helpful with any problems \ questions . i would highly recommend sapphire homes great value for money!

Excellent service from start to finish. All staff were polite and extremely helpful thought the process of selling our house. Would recommend to anyone!
