Fantastic value for money, they inspire confidence in everything they do. We had previously tried to sell our house with three other agents (two local and one national chain) without success. Northwood managed to get us more viewers over the course of 3 months than the rest did over a year. They are tenacious and have your back on everything. Worth every penny, I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Northwood recently sold our house. The Northwood team helped considerably when the process seemed to stall due to issues within the chain.  This meant there were times when we thought the sale was not going to complete, but we got there and in no small part thanks to the Northwood team. 
If you are looking to sell a house in the Wigan area, give Northwood a call and I am confident they will be able to sell your house quickly and efficiently.

I have bought and sold a house through Northwood.  Throughout the entire experience they were incredibly attentive and couldn't do enough. I always got a response back in great time and felt I could ring/ email with the smallest query. Made the entire process stress-free for myself. Highly recommend!!
