Fantastic staff team at MHL. From the initial contact to completion staff were extremely professional and helpful. All staff are great however would like to give a special thank you to Amy and Kelly, they went over and above in dealing with the sale of our home and ensuring we also found and purchased our new forever home! Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Purchased our house through MHL. They are very efficient and kept us up to date throughout the whole process. The staff are very polite and always very welcoming. Offered teas and coffees too! Will return if we ever need to sell, hoping that's a long way off yet 😊

The phone or email is always answered speedily, in fact, imminently-a service failed by other agents. 

You are always pleasant, polite and helpful and get a job done, to an excellent standard. And it's no secret, I ask a lot of questions, send many an email, and have high standards and demands ☺️

Also, your fees are exceptionally competitive, particularly given the value of service.

I recommend anyone looking to rent or sell, work with MHL.

Avoid this agency at all costs! We were moving from London with my husband and a little girl and told them dates when we need to move in the new house in Wigan, the application process and credit check was completed, my husband paid £250 and then they said that we can't move in as planned, vaguely mentioning about the landlord on a holiday and that the house maybe will be ready in two weeks, when in the add it said 'available now' and they knew the date we needed to move in. I gave my work and my landlord the notice and we were left without a house and they even refused to give our £250 back not to mention an apology for putting our family in such a stressful situation. And as it was a joke, after 5 months they are still messaging us the same add and asking if we want to book an appointment to view it, and same house is still on the 'right move' website. A total disgrace for a company to manage business this way. I will never use these agents and we will tell everyone our story.
