Alan Batt Estate Agency where very helpful when selling my father's property, at a very difficult time. We had quite a lot of viewings and the property sold very quickly , overall we could not fault them.I would definitely use them again.

It’s often said moving is one of the most stressful times of your life…we have decided to move and so far it’s been been plain sailing with the help of Alan Batt and his team. From answering any questions we have had to the photographer we cannot thank them enough for all their help so far and hopefully we will move into our dream home for our well earned retirement
I've had a lot of dealing with estate agents over the last few years and I can say in all honesty that Lisa went above and beyond to help get this sale through. After 5 sales falling through being no fault of ours it finally happened and I don't know who was happier I was kept informed of every part of the process and Lisa was a joy to deal with Many thanks Now I've got to find our forever home
Unfortunately Alan Batt are the worst letting agents I have ever dealt with. Awful communication from the get go, the property I moved into was dirty to the point where mould was growing on several blinds and had broken windows etc. and when I raised this multiple times no action was taken. I had no washing machine or dishwasher for around 6 months and then was told that the house was going up for sale. Worst experience ever it made me very ill and it was obvious they didn't care about the letting side of things. As soon as I was purchasing the house they were chasing me regularly asking for updates - funny how I wasn't treated the same as a tenant. Awful.
First class service from start to finish. From meeting alan for the initial Valuation and then dealing with his incredible team until completion, the experience as a seller needing a quick completion was faultless. I can’t recommend them enough!

Alan Batt Sales and Lettings - love them! So.... for those of you buying a house at the moment, you will know exactly what I am talking about.  Estate agents that don't call/email you back when the say they will, don't remember your name, who you are, let alone the property you are interested in or dare I say it, you actually try and book an appointment to view. I have dealt with pretty much every estate agent in the Wigan area and I can honestly say that Alan Batt and my dealings with Lisa have been contrary to every other experience.  As a buyer she and the team have been amazingly supportive, thoroughly communicative and have rebuilt my trust in the process.  For those selling, I would highly recommend using them, as I think their approach swayed my decision on which property to purchase.
Really happy with how our house sale went with Alan Batt. Someone was always there if we needed a question answered and they chased issues up quickly. I honestly can't fault them. I've sold a few properties with different estate agents and they have been the best to work with for me. Thank you, again.
I enquired about selling, had a very prompt, professional and friendly valuation from Mr Batt who explained the process and the numbers fully. I felt extremely happy with the service and in fact used Alan Batt to successfully sell my first property 14 years ago ,I would definitely use this agency again. Highly recommend.
