Sanxia Renjia serves up delicious and authentic Chinese dishes. I enjoyed the Mixed Seafood and Tofu in Clay Pot, the perfectly crispy Roast Peking Duck with pancakes, and the well-seasoned Salt and Pepper Aromatic Spicy King Prawns. The Aromatic Crispy Chicken with Dried Chili, Sesame, and Peppercorn was full of bold flavours, and the King Prawns with Crispy Noodles were a delight. Even the Dry Fried French Beans were tasty. The staff were nice and friendly, making it a welcoming spot. Plus, they have karaoke downstairs - great for a fun evening out!
This restaurant was recommended by my Chinese friend! All the staff were Chinese, so my friend order everything for me. All the dishes were delicious, especially the stir-fried vegetables. It was my favorite dish, but I don't know what it was called. It was so good!Food: 5/5
This restaurant has been open for 15 years, and it's my first time to eat. I think it's amazing how it smells like ‘home’. This is definitely the top 3 Chinese food I've had in London. The boss said that even the beans are pickled by themselves, which is really careful cooking.Food: 5/5
Authentic Sichuan & Cantonese cuisine in the heart of Central London! I had an incredible dining experience at sanxia where I explored a delicious mix of Sichuan & Cantonese cuisine. We tried their Shredded dry Tofu, Kung Pao Chicken, Stir-fried beef with green chilli, Squirrel Sea Bass, Dry Pot Potatoes, Mapo Tofu or Stir-fried French Beans, Fried Rice and Noodles. In Desserts We bad Brown Sugar Fried Rice Cake / Pumpkin Pancakes Sanxia Renjia is an absolute must-visit for anyone looking to explore bold and authentic flavors !
Reviews online said this place was always full. We were the only ones there during our entire meal on a Sunday afternoon. The staff was accommodating but then again there was only the 2 of us there. The starters were not great, satay chicken and pork dumpling left much to be desired. The mains however were much more flavour.Food: 4/5
I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant! The Steamed sea bass was excellently prepared, with the fish being incredibly fresh. The Sanxia Stir-fried pork was aromatic and neither greasy nor dry, hitting just the right balance. The Roast duck had an appealing color and tasted delicious as well. Additionally, the fact that there's KTV downstairs adds to the overall enjoyment. The staff were also attentive and friendly, making it a standout Chinese restaurant. Highly recommended!
Honestly I don’t understand why it has this low rating; it deserves more! It’s been my 2nd time here, but I was still amazed with the amazing taste of its roasted fish! It reached a great equilibrium between savory and spicy! We were literally scrambling to finish every bit of flesh and the veggies in the pot. I also tried the beef briskets with tomato pot, and it also amazed me because the slow-cooked beef stew with tomato flavor is just so appetizing! Last but not least, they seem to have renovated its KTV room and the sound quality is very satisfactory! All in all, we had a great night
The employees r really welcoming. N the food comes out very quickly. Tastes wise it's pretty okFood: 4/5
Small unassuming regional Chinese restaurant on Goodge Street packing a punch. Morning glory aka hollow greens, beef ho fun, hot and sour soup, special fried rice and roast pork all up there with places like Royal China and dare I say it some dishes even better but without the price tag. All fresh, balanced, charred and confident. Just right for a casual autumnal takeaway, delivered. Takeaway containers and bags all high quality and environmentally friendly. Keep up the good work!
Nice spot on Goodge street. Tried the sweet and sour sea bass which was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and the lotus root soup which tasted so fresh with some really nice pork ribs that were so tender. Staff were very friendly and they also just opened up a bunch of karaoke rooms downstairs.Food: 5/5
