This place is horrible! We walked in on time into a dingy room with dirty couches and bad lighting. The Karaoke machine wasn't working so we stood around for 45 minutes, no music, no drinks offered for apologizes. The venue offers pizza delivery, the bar woman put food onto the order for herself and failed to tell me. Then complained to my friends for eating the food I paid for. She was slow at serving drinks and was constantly checking her phone. The Machine was turned off abruptly with 30 mins left to spare. Afterwards, when I tried to get onto the customer service it took four days to get an official apology. No refund offered. Please don't use this service. there are plenty of nicer, cleaner karaoke bars in London with less dated music. the actual karaoke machine is... awful. The touchscreen doesn't respond properly to touch - you need to use a little stylus stick that they gave us halfway through, plus half the songs we chose showed a blank screen instead of words. Other headache is that you can't search by song, nor skip to artist without scrolling through all the artists beginning with the same letter. It was a major frustration.
This was our second time having a work party at Korker's in Soho through Karaoke Network and, as with the last time, it was brilliant. The manager Adriana was very friendly and helpful, the venue was perfect for our crowd of about 30-40, and everyone had a great time. I'll definitely be back again in the future!
Dingy basement Karaoke bar. Old strip club, still has the mirrors round the stage and looks like it hasn't been touched for 40 years. Karaoke system outdated but plenty of hits. Good for raucous drunk scream-a-longs with friendly staff and enough drinks to go around.
Awful experience. Paid £140 for 11 people to attend karaoke... arrived with no answer on the phone OR the door. Ended up having to call the credit card company & report FRAUD!!!!So lucky we paid by credit card as they refunded us directly ! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
